Are we insisting that?

So Putin must get his power from someone, somewhere, outside of his body or he has no power. If people in Western countries want to insist that the Russian people are good, then we have to accept that even if those people are good, they are still delegating power to Putin.
Some people say Putin is a reckless madman. So where does he get his power?

Are we insisting that? Yes they are abdicating their power to him and he is using it for violent ends. That makes them accomplices in his crimes and not so good as far as they have a choice.
