As usual a bizarre interpretation. 1) If you are a Ukrainian and you are on the eastern side of the front lines are you really going to cross the lines in a war on foot? By train? Bus? Come on think about it for 2 seconds. 2) The Russian occupied parts of Ukraine are some of the worst places to live in the world. Of course you would move if you can. These conditions are caused by the Russian invasion and hardly absolves Russia of its crimes during its war of aggression. 3) Russia is ethnically cleansing the region. I suppose this is something you support but most people find it aberrant. This ethnic cleansing includes not just making life unbearable for adults but also kidnapping children and young people and sending them off into the hinterland of Russia. Hardly anything to be proud of. 4) Look at a map of Europe. Ukrainians are fleeing Russian aggression to many nations. Since many of them speak Russian and Ukraine shares a long border with Russia it is not that surprising many people fled there. Many more fled to other European countries but not one single country. Yes Russia was the biggest destination at 1.2 million but 5.3 million and counting did not flee to Russia. What is a bigger number 1.2 million or 5.3 million?
