Bizarro logic and just wrong. One person and one person only is responsible for Russia invading Ukraine, Vladimir Putin. You seem confused about how invasions work. The invader is the one who says “Generals take our army over the border into our neighbor’s lands and start killing and destroying until they do what”. It isn’t really that hard to understand if you take a broader perspective.
