Great article, thank you. There is one thing that always bothered me about Musashi. He wandered around having duels, most of them to the death and the rest to severe injury. It was his passion, he enjoyed it. Doesn't that make him a psychopathic killer? He (usually) wasn't in a war or defending anyone. He didn't really need to fight the 61st person and kill him. He wanted to. Despite the wisdom in his writings, that blood lust makes me a bit skeptical of any wisdom he offers. We don't normally idolize killers. Am I missing something?
