I find these reasons bizarre. It is criminal/abuser thinking, "You made me do it". Blaming the victim. Russia attacked not Ukraine.

Why are we worried about Russia's security concerns anyway? They are a nuclear power with a huge military. It is obvious rather that the countries surrounding Russia have the security concerns-1. from relative size and power and, 2. from the history of Russian aggression towards those countries.

Russia proved those concerns valid by invading one of the few non-NATO countries. 10 other Eastern European countries joined NATO to protect themselves from this very situation and now Finland and Sweden look likely to join too.

I can't imagine how they can find common ground. Russia invaded Ukraine and wants to control it completely. They are killing everyone who stands in their way. How do you have a discussion about living in peace in this situation?
