If Putin is so sincere and really no one is willing to sit down with him in private why doesn't Putin just make his offer in public? If his offer was reasonable he would look really good. I think likely he is not doing this because he is neither sincere nor has reasonable offers to make but I'd love for him to prove me wrong.
