I've always wondered about the small amounts of calories throwing people off ketosis idea. If he hadn't eaten and he is entering ketosis how can a tiny amount of carbs stop this? The carbs in a small sachel of vitamin powder even if not 0 would be burned off in 30 minutes. If he is not burning carbs isn't he in ketosis? What other state would he be in if it was only 50-100 calories in the vitamin powder?
