Just read Baud's essay, complete joke. Reads like it came straight out Putin's mouth. Claims Russia provided no arms to the Donbass separatists, ridiculous. His appeal to authority is that he was a UN advisor yet the UN reports from the region completely contradict most of his claims. This author's opinions are much more logical.
