Not sure if this has internal logic. The writing is not that important, the thinking is. OK. The writing must instill radically new ideas. OK. Ferris, Manson, Grey, and Twilight aren't well written or original in thought. OK. Those books changed the world. Whoa, wait. That makes no sense. If you want to say the writing is not important but original ideas are, your exemplars should be successful books with great original ideas and so so or poor writing shouldn't they? Maybe I missed something. Maybe the lesson is both your ideas and your writing can be mediocre if you are good at marketing and/or a little lucky.
