So all 16 year olds have no choice ever? And 17 year olds? and 18 and right up to apparently over 30 years old according to the author? You didn't answer my question. When does the chooser accept responsibility for their choice? According to the article even up to the age 30 at least there is no accountability. Seems way off to me. What do you think?
