So because it has problems Ukraine is a worthy target of Russian invasion and violent aggression? How will Russian occupation help the problems in Ukraine? How does Russia compare? If it is so bad in Ukraine why didn't Ukrainians including Russian speaking ones want to align themselves with Russia? Why are they fighting so hard to resist Russia?
